Oxidizing emulsion treatment cream for applying oxidative products. Ideal for applying light or extra light shades with a higher level of lightening. When bleaching, it is ideal to apply lightening techniques with results of light or very light tones.

9% hydrogen peroxide

APPLICATION

Mix with dye or bleaching powder in a non-metal container and stir until the mixture is smooth. Then apply according to the technique to be used.
